Q. How does the mold monitoring system work?
A. Under the conditions setting, it compares the deference in brightness of the set area.

Q. ls it necessary to set the sensitivity for each set area?
A. No, once the sensitivity is adjusted to one set area the others are automatically set.

Q. ls it possible to monitor transparent molded parts like lens or medical parts?
A. Yes, it is possible to monitor transparent parts.

Q. ls it possible to monitor part size and short shots?
A. Yes, Depending on mold and part size, it is possible to detect shorts of the 0.25mm size as reference in a set area of 900 millimeters (in case of 1.5 megapixels CCD camera).

Q. ls the monitoring accuracy affected by the shadow of a crane beam or changes in lighting in the plant?
A. No, with adaptive software and halogen lights there is no impact from the abient light or other changing conditions.

Q. ls there a mold size limit?
A. No, there is no size limit. The monitoring area can be scaled by changing the camera lens.

Q. ls it possible to use one monitoring system for multiple molding machines?
A. Yes it's possible to use one system on multiple molding machines, but the wiring should be planned before installation.

Q. Where should the camera and the main monitoring unit be mounted?
A. The camera is magnetic and on a stand and magnetic; can be attached above or below the mold. The main body can be hooked on the molding machine.

Q. Is high cycle molding supported?
A. Yes, it is possible to monitor '1 second cycles.

Q. How many molded parts can be monitored?
A. Depending on the part and mold size, we have monitored 128 cavities with one camera.
